Leading region-wide training for statewide hospital associations on:

• Standardization of Community Benefit data collection,
• Compliance in data collection and reporting, and
• Community Benefit program evaluation, program planning/implementation and strategy-building.

Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)

Planning and implementation for 2025 CHNA cycle with:

• Individual hospitals,
• Multiple hospitals in health systems, and
• Hospitals working within regional collaboratives.
